I was just reading an article about a program Children Who Read To Dogs. The program fulfills part of the mission of an international group called Therapy Dogs International Inc. The group is called Tail Wagging Tutors http://www.tdi-dog.org/OurPrograms.aspx?Page=Children+Reading+to+Dogs This program is a great way to encourage improved literacy for our children!
