Radio Broadcast: National Library of Medicine

I recently had the opportunity to listen to a radio broadcast on KCRO, a  local radio station in Omaha, NE.      The focus of the weekly broadcasts are “You are Not Alone”; sponsored by the Kim Foundation – supporting lives touched by mental illness in the state of Nebraska http://www.thekimfoundation.org/index.shtml.    The focus of the August 25th broadcast was the National Library of Medicine. Medical librarians Marty Magee and Siobhan Champ Blackwell, representing the National Library of Medicine, discussed the library, resources available and how people can easily access reliable information related to mental health.     Follow this link to listen to the broadcast which has great information no matter where you live!     A list of popular websites is included, as well.
