Hi Everyone,
I want to let you know about an upcoming change in the administration of this discussion list. It has been run by the National Institute for Literacy (NIFL) since it began in 1996 as a component of NIFL’s LINCS program. LINCS is the Literacy Information and Communication System, and includes discussion lists, regional resource centers and resource collections.
NIFL will be closing this September, and all of the LINCS components, including the discussion lists, will be administered by the Office of Vocational and Adult Education (OVAE). There will be some reorganization, but we know that the lists will continue in their current form at least until September 30, 2011.
The website URL, however, will change, and we will let you know what the new one is when we know. All of the list archives will continue to be available through this new URL. Following this message is a message with some more details about the transition.
We will keep you updated!
All the best,
Julie
