Joanne Schwartzberg, MD, a nationally recognized authority on clear communication, is one of our keynote speakers.  She organized the AMA committee of experts that developed the Council on Scientific Affairs Report on Health Literacy as well as the Health Literacy: Help Your Patients Understand self-study educational program.
