This toolkit was developed to provide preparedness planning and response agencies, organizations, and professionals with practical strategies, resources and examples of models for improving existing activities and developing new programs to meet the needs of racially and ethnically diverse populations.

This Emotional Life Toolkit (Handbook and DVD)
Prepares family and friends of military service members with information to better understand and cope with the range of emotions and stress that often accompany deployment. Covers before, during, and after deployment and includes referrals to tools and resources.
